2.          Minimum size 20.3×10.2×6.4cm (8 x 4 x 2 ½”),  Maximum size 22.9×12.7×7.6 cm(9 x 5 x 3″)
3.          Must be a full loaf.
4.          Recipe must be attached.

  730 - Potato Chocolate Cake

1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup milk
2 oz. chocolate melted
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together shortening, sugar, vanilla, beaten eggs, milk and melted chocolate.
Add mashed potatoes, mix well and set aside.
In separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dried ingredients to first mixture and blend well.
Pour mixture into prepared baking pans (two round or one rectangle).
Bake for 30 minutes, or until inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
