RULES & REGULATIONS
- No Exhibitor may make more then two entries in any class.
- When making entry, Exhibitors are requested to indicate the breed or cross of the sheep from which the fleeces were shorn. Please indicate name of shearer.
- Exhibits shipped by express should be addressed to the Brooklin Spring Fair, P.O. Box 615, Brooklin, Ontario L1M 1B5 marked “Wool Exhibit”. All charges must be prepaid.
- Only fleeces, in grease, are eligible for competition. Manufacturers and dealers are not eligible to show. All fleeces must be tied with paper twine.
- Fleeces must have been shorn from sheep owned by the Exhibitor during the current year.
- Fleece length must be a minimum of 2 inches.
- All fleeces will be Classified into their proper Classes before the judging commences.
- Fleeces may be opened at the time of judging at the judge’s discretion.
- All fleeces will be released from the exhibit at 4:30 pm Sunday, June 2, 2013 from the Agricultural Tent
- The champions from the White Wool section (CLASS 6) and from the Naturally Coloured Wool (CLASS 6) and Specialty (CLASS 8 ) will be eligible for the Supreme Champion for the Fleece Wool Show.
