The Brooklin Spring Fair is over a 100 year tradition in the village of Brooklin, organized and run by a dedicated Volunteer Board of Directors. We would be pleased to discuss how you can be a part of this exciting milestone in our community.
The Brooklin Spring Fair has several sponsorship levels available for an individual, groups, or a business. Individuals or Small Businesses that would like to donate prizes or gift certificates would be much appreciated.
Sponsorship Levels
Supreme Champion $5,000
• A Day sponsored by “Your Company Name”
• Commercial booth space
• Name on our website with your logo, name in our Program Book, & on our sponsor board
• “Thank You” in newspaper after the Fair with your logo
• Company name & logo on our posters
• Place to display your banner (size approved)
• Invitation to our “Fair Appreciation Night”
• Announcement at event
• 12 Any day passes & V.I.P. parking
Grand Champion $2,500
• Name on our website with your logo, name in our Program Book, & on our sponsor board
• Commercial booth space

• 10 Any day passes & VIP parking
Reserve Champion $1,000

Honourable Mention $500
• Name in our Program Book & on our website

• 2 Any Day passes
White Ribbon $25 – $75
• Name in our Program Book & on our website
• 1 Any Day pass
NOTE*
- Sponsorship amounts can be prizes or gift certificates in lieu of cash
- All can participate in our parade with a float, decorated vehicle, or decorated dress to the theme of the Fair (entry form available)
- Sponsorship donations can be put towards the event of your choice
- No refunds if event sponsored is cancelled due to poor weather (beyond our control)
